I had a fantastic stay at this resort, which turned out to be a perfect base for ski touring adventures. The breathtaking views of the volcano from my room were awe-inspiring. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when the weather took a turn. The only downside was that the rooms were slightly untidy upon arrival, and the breakfast could use more variety. Overall, a wonderful experience, particularly for anyone keen on exploring the stunning landscapes of the area.

This hotel served as a perfect base for my ski touring adventure, providing stunning views and access to the incredible landscapes of the Chilean Lake District. The rooms offered breathtaking views of the volcano, though they were a bit untidy during my stay. The location is simply extraordinary, right in the heart of an araucaria forest, but I did face some challenges with the language barrier from the staff. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for skiing but could use some improvements in room upkeep.

I had an incredible experience at this resort, nestled right in front of the stunning Lonquimay volcano surrounded by an araucaria forest. The atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect starting point for ski touring adventures. While the rooms were a bit untidy at times and could use some improvement, the overall value for money was great given the views and location. I truly enjoyed my stay despite some minor hiccups.
